◆ Sashimi: Conger eel and two kinds of fresh fish of the day, chrysanthemum soy sauce, garnish

◆Dishes: Conger eel chawanmushi and marinated okra

◆Grilled dish: Grilled conger eel with Japanese pepper

◆ Fried food: Hamo rolled in dashi broth with egg crown, charcoal salt and lemon

Small pot: Yanagawa hotpot of conger eel, seasonal vegetables, tofu, beaten egg
