The contents of the Sumire Kaiseki meal change every month.The coupon will be applied if you make a reservation at least 3 days before your visit.We close at 10pm.Please limit your group to one course (kaiseki).A cancellation fee of 50% of the meal cost will be charged from 4:00 p.m. two days prior to your visit.If you cancel after your arrival time, you will be charged the full meal fee.

Aperitif soup: A gentle soup to warm your stomach before a meal
◆ Appetizers: Today's 3 types of appetizers
Sashimi: 2 kinds of fresh fish, chrysanthemum soy sauce, and garnish
◆Side dish: Chicken breast simmered in sweet sake, lettuce, onion dressing
◆Grilled dish: Boiled mackerel grilled with whitebait, grated daikon radish, and lemon
◆Deep-fried food: Spring rolls with firefly squid and spring vegetables
◆Small hot pot: Clams and bamboo shoots in a hot pot with fresh ginger, along with other vegetables and tofu.
